Liz, along with her husband Mike, established The Freedom Project back in 2010 out of a passion to address injustice in the world. She is a key spokesperson for The Freedom Project, and loves to mobilise people in Australia to take action against injustice. As a trained Early Childhood Educator, Liz understands the importance and practice of nurturing and protecting young children at risk; which The Freedom Project implements through early-childhood programs. Liz loves mentoring young women and spending time with her young adult children.

Our Board

sally Freeman

Sally has recently joined the Board of Directors with a heart for making a positive impact in the world. As a mother and practising accountant, she has honed her skills in financial management and business operations, launching and operating several successful small businesses. However, Sally's passion extends beyond the realm of commerce. She is deeply committed to raising awareness about human slavery and working to see lives saved from this terrible injustice.

Sally's entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her innate ability to connect with people and act as a peacemaker, make her ideal for this role. Her desire to be a vessel for God's work on earth is evident in everything she does. She lives by a powerful and inspiring question: "Am I being a good steward of what I have been entrusted with?" This question reflects her deep commitment to considering her privilege, money, children, and time in a responsible and meaningful way.
